As our new Technical Customer Support Advisor, Anjum will assist in resolving technical issues along with providing frontline support too. He’s already off to a flying start!
“I am most looking forward to learning more about the travel industry and working with people who have a real passion and desire to carry out their roles within Billian,” says Anjum. “I look forward to expanding my knowledge and developing myself.”
Ever since college, Anjum has always had a passion for IT. He even received a first-class degree in the subject when graduating from university, which he considers his greatest achievement to date!
Previously working in the IT and Telecoms industry, he is no stranger when it comes to offering customer support and resolving technical queries, which along with the skills he developed at university will benefit his position here. “It is a very exciting opportunity that I am sure I will be able to excel in.”
Anjum will be assisting the Customer Support department using our OSCAR ticketing system to keep track of logs with the aims of eliminating reoccurrence and further improving service to our customers, along with learning about our Travelflow product range.
When not on the job, Anjum enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also a bit of a food fanatic and says “I enjoy eating out and discovering new places to dine in.”
This December, Anjum headed to Dubai which has become his favourite destination. “I was very excited about going on holiday with my family to Dubai. I highly recommend visiting,” he says. “There were so many things to see like the tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, the Desert Safari, the largest choreographed fountain, the Dubai fountain, and the water parks. There was so many fun activities to take part in.”
The Billian team are very pleased to have Anjum joining us. We’re sure he’s going to be a great addition to our customer support team.
