We have developed a unique program called OSCAR (Online Support Communication and Reporting), which allows our clients to log any concerns or queries, these are picked up immediately by the Billian support team.
As soon as a log has been raised through OSCAR, all of the support staff are automatically notified that a new log exists and they will be able to respond to the query directly through the program.
The query will then be given a priority, indicating the maximum length of time that it will take for the issue to be fixed.
Urgent issues will be answered immediately by phone or email and the solution given straight away wherever possible.
Customers are kept informed of the status by e-mail. Within the application, it is also possible to attach documents, screen shots, emails etc. that will help our support team resolve queries faster.
Full details and login access will be provided to the administrator as part of the product training.
